The router is located on the left side of the desk on the floor. Please do not move—it’s been tested and gets the best reception in that spot.
Television
The remote is on the coffee table. The TV is a smart TV, so you’ll have access to local channels on Samsung TV as well as your favorite streaming apps. Feel free to log into your own accounts—just don’t forget to log out before you check out. If you happen to forget, no worries—we’ve got you covered and will take care of it for you.
Front Door Entry
You’ll receive your unique access code prior to arrival—this code is assigned specifically to you.
If you’d like to customize settings or manage entry remotely, you can download the Eufy app (optional).
Laundry Usage + Access
The key to the shared laundry room hangs on a hook behind the apartment’s front door. The laundry area is on the ground level at the back of the house, near the stairs below the rear apartment. The washer and dryer are coin-operated and each take $1.50 in quarters per load. Since the machines are shared with our long-term tenants, please move your laundry along promptly so they stay available for everyone.
Water + Electricity
Please help us conserve energy by turning off the lights and air conditioning or heat whenever you leave. We also appreciate you being mindful of water use, so turn off faucets when they’re not in use.
A/C + Heater
The ductless AC + heating unit is on the wall above the bed. There is a white remote which controls the thermostat, and is placed on the bedside table.
Trash and recycling
Dispose of garbage and recyclables before departure in the bins provided, located in front of the property.
Trash pickup day is Wednesday morning.
Parking
There is street parking available with no restrictions up and down the street.
