Quite hours start at 10 PM. Be mindful of our neighbors and keep noise levels down during this time.
Leftover Comsumables
You might find unopened condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests. While we do our best to ensure they’re safe to use, it’s ultimately your decision to enjoy them. The host takes no responsibility for consumables.
No smoking
Strict no smoking rules apply to the entire premises both indoors and out. If you have to vape, please do it outside. Any lingering odor or stains may result in an extra cleaning fee.
Keep the space tidy
Please clean up after yourself, including washing any used dishes before departure.
Keep the furniture as is
Please leave the furniture in its current spot. Moving it can scratch the floors and walls. If you need something set up differently, send us a message and we’ll do our best to help.
No unregistered guests
For everyone’s safety and to comply with our rental agreement, only guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight. Please check with us before having any overnight visitors.
No unauthorized parties
Unapproved gatherings may result in extra cleaning charges and, if neighbors are disturbed, immediate eviction.
No Illegal substances
Illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Any suspicion of drug use will involve law enforcement, and guests will be required to vacate immediately.
Respect the home
This apartment is part of a three unit property and doubles as our personal space when we’re in town. Please leave it tidy and treat it as you would your own home.
